Musical Monday (76): "Little Cup" by Thao & Mirah

This week's song is "Little Cup" by Thao and Mirah, because:

1. I don't have time to pick a song tomorrow (Monday), so I am putting this together on a stormy Sunday night, and this song makes me feel cozy.

2. I have two paintings to finish by 6 PM on Wednesday. (They're already in progress; I just need to figure out what I'm going to put on them next, which I probably won't know until I do it. Oh, the suspense . . .)

3. Due to my semi-pressing deadline, I will be in the studio a lot until Wednesday, and Thao and Mirah's self-titled album = Good Painting Music. I've already gone on about how much I like their music.

How are your summer projects going?

Happy Monday,

I watched it twice. I love how they were playing a bottle as part of their percussion, and I loved the song. Thanks!

And my revision hasn't gotten very far. I keep rewriting the beginning, so I've set up a weekly exchange with a friend that will force both of us to move forward.

I hope your painting is going well! :o)

Lol! My word verification is "nesting," and a friend dropped off a baby bird earlier tonight. She thought it had a broken wing, but I think its okay. It doesn't even act like it's in shock. If I can just keep the bird alive until its flight feathers finish coming in, I can release it. I'm familiar with the species, and it's been eating and drinking for me.
